About My Practice:

I am a seasoned clinical psychologist who has been working in the mental health field for over a decade. My approach is collaborative, relational, and my work is well informed by research and experience. I believe in true human potential and that each individual has it within him or herself to grow and progress.

I really enjoy my clients and the work I do, therefore I see my learning and education in my field as ongoing. I attempt to stay abreast of the latest research and technology so I can provide the very best care. I continue my advanced training in that I am a part of two monthly study groups one regarding eating disorder treatment and the other is sexual abuse trauma and dissociative disorders. This allows me to collaborate with other experts in the field and continue my learning process. I also go to national and international conferences in my area of specialization every year.
